I studied Animation at Columbia College Chicago, but rather than chasing the fast-paced world of animation studios, I found my soul tucked inside digital illustration where I could take my time painting dreamy scenes, storytelling through brushstrokes, and adding tiny feline footprints wherever I please.

 

As a child, I doodled cats on everything. (Some habits never leave, and I'm quite happy about that.) Though I once considered keeping art as a quiet hobby, a dear friend reminded me that life is far too precious not to do what you love and so, I took the leap. I've been painting ever since, and haven't looked back.

 

My greatest inspiration? God's breathtaking creation. From wildflowers tucked in forest moss, to ocean creatures glowing beneath the sea, to winding alleyways in old towns that time forgot, His handiwork is everywhere, and it stirs something deep within me. I'm especially drawn to the cozy corners of the world: cobblestone villages in France, misty towns in Japan, colorful homes in Argentina. I haven't seen much of the world yet, but what I have glimpsed is enough to leave me speechless with awe and the rest I dream of through my art.

 

Here on my site, you'll find pieces grounded in scripture and soaked in meaning. These works are my offering ~ art created to glorify the Lord and gently plant seeds of hope. I pray that through each painting, someone might be led closer to the Word, and to the everlasting life and love found in Christ Jesus, our Creator. Fame and fortune pale in comparison to even one heart stirred toward Him.
